The PTFA give each class money to contribute to learning experiences we can offer the children. I chose to spend it this year on a visit from the Legoman, Julian, (from Brickideas). They had the afternoon creating their own fairground ride with a wide selection of Lego bricks, technic Lego and a motor. The children amazed me with their creative ideas and worked so well together with their partner. It took a lot of patience, trial and error and resilience but they were rewarded by all managing a working ride- and the funniest moments involved the Lego people being subjected to the scariest fast rides with many flying across the table.  (more photos on our class page. )
