• Whole school cricket day

  It must be nearly Spring! The children thoroughly enjoyed the visit from Martin and Ann Marie today and their first cricket session on the year. Each class took part in warm up activities and practiced key cricket skills before a fun game at the end.

• Wear your scarf to school day

  As part of Children's mental health week, today was wear your scarf to school day. There was a wide range of scarfs on show from warm comforting ones, football ones, homemade knitted and crocheted ones, special 'going out' scarves and ones that had been gifts. Classes have focused on the theme of My Voice Matters for their activities in the classroom.

  

• Skyeridge Farm visit

  Thank you to Paula McMillan who gave a group of children an exciting day at Skyeridge farm today. Despite the weather, they had a fantastic day feeding the lambs and helping sorting the hay for the cows. 

  

• National Number Day

  It was fantastic to see the whole school supporting the NSPCC Dress Up for Digits day with a huge variety of Number related outfits. After a 'Number fashion show' in the Morgan Hall, classes were all busy with number related activities and games.
