24.7.19. Drama Club performed Little Red Riding Hood to Key stage 1 then to parents down in our woodland area. We have enjoyed learning the songs and been impressed with how well the children learnt their lines.

19.7.19 A few weeks ago art club entered an art competition called My Outdoors run by CPRE (Campaign to Protect Rural England). We were delighted to hear that out of all the entries from schools round Devon, 3 of our children received Highly Commended awards. Penny came to give them their certificates in assembly today and goody bags for the children who took part.
18.7.19 Gardening club harvested some more of their crops of fruits and vegetables this week and enjoyed eating some of their produce.
4.7.19 Dance Club Perform in Theatre. Dance Club Perform in Theatre On Thursday 4th July, Jessica Squire took Dance Club to perform at Inspire at The Plough Arts Centre. Some of the dancers said this was the first time they were standing in - let alone performing in - a theatre. An enormous well done to all of the children who performed: audience member congratulated the group and said, ‘They just had such joy when they were dancing- it was wonderful to watch’. Jess is hoping to take another group at the same time next year.
